chart time frame trading as well as 4

time frames.
Once you gain experience, you MIGHT be able to trade inside bars on a 4
hour chart time frame, but that is the LOWEST
time frame I would ever consider trading an inside bar on.

hour but never do I below that.
I also trade the 4
hour time frame quite often, and occasionally the 1
hour charts, but I NEVER look at any
time frame under the 1
hour.
First they check the market to see if their trading edge is present; if it is not present then they leave the computer or not look at the
charts for a period of
time, typically at least 4
hours.
That said, I do teach and trade some price action signals on the 4
hour and 1
hour charts if a signal forms on those
time frames that agrees with my entry criteria.
Note, you also need to adopt a longer
time horizon on 4
hour charts too.
