Just an hour or two of looking at the Voyage was enough for me to acclimate to how much crisper it is.
I guess it shouldn't be surprising considering how inexpensive Fire tablets are compared to Kindle ereaders, especially the likes of the Kindle Oasis and Kindle Voyage, but the number of reviews suggest that Fire tablets are a lot more popular that Kindle ereaders.
On paper, the Voyage has super high DPI and crazy resolution, but how does it play out in real world conditions?
Michael (and everyone else), how likely would it be for Amazon to bring back audio to Kindle Voyage 2?
I am not sure how warm is the light of the of the Voyage device.
One thing that puzzles me is how Amazon is so advanced with their eReader screens (e.g. Kindle Voyage) yet so crappy with their tablet screens.
In other words, how will Amazon sell Voyage 2 ereaders to Voyage 1 owners, or to those who had not bothered upgrading to the Voyage the last time around.
Or how about adding Blue shade to the Voyage in order to offset the horrible pink hue display?
But how come Amazon can not (or does not want to) sell Voyage without the patent approval?
When comparing the same PDF on the Kindle Paperwhite and Kindle Voyage, I'm surprised by how much clearer and sharper everything is on the Voyage.
I think if I were you I'd take a look at how you hold the Paperwhite and how you turn pages, then I'd look at the diagram on the Voyage product page to see where the page press sensors are located.
So how does Amazon justify charging almost three Benjamins for the Voyage?

How about a Voyage 2 that's water and dust / sand resistant, sports a tall and narrow 8in screen — thinking 16 × 9, a shape that is natural for human hands to grip, USB - C charging, Pocket integration and a Washington Post app.
The numbers comparing its sales so closely to the bargain Basic really show just how big a success the Voyage is.
It amazes me how many people fell for and still continue to believe the rumor that a Kindle Voyage 2 will be released this November.

I own a Kindle Voyage and I really like how crisp the the screen is and it's light weight as well.
As for whether one should get the Voyage with sponsored lockscreens or without, that depends on the buyers» budget as well as how they like to shop.
