All too often, what is attempted in sales and marketing is done under the
false presumption that we can fully shape a buyer's or consumer's mind to
how we want them to think.
How about making
false presumptions in order to misconstrue an argument so that it can be dismissed?
I imagine it is disheartening to find out
how false all of those
presumptions are, but maybe they will someday learn to grow a garden....
And given
how easy it is to make
false accusations of sexual assault, that seems like a fairer and more ethical direction to go to protect the
presumption of innocence than to hamstring the defence on a bunch of nebulous and subjective grounds.
