Just wondering if you can explain
how fermented foods fit into this — being highly acidic, yet having many other health properties.
I want to influence the world in a positive way, and my purpose in writing this page today is to bring to your attention how important your digestive system is, and
how fermented foods like green kefir and fermented vegetables can help you transform your body and improve your health and happiness.

Many of us have read Nourishing Traditions, or at least become familiar with the perspective that it offers: soak, sprout, or sour your grains, nuts, and legumes, eat meats from pastured animals, drink and eat raw dairy, eat whole, organic

food traditionally, and become truly nourished!
They say that 2014 was «the year of gut health», and it's so great to see
how many people are embracing old
food preserving methods like pickling and
fermenting.
My favorite part of the book is the

foods.
I wonder
how good it is to eat so much salt as is in
ferment foods so I'm hoping there is a good method to do with much less salt.
But I'm kind of a newbie to
fermented food — for

If you have been following for a while you know
how much I love my
fermented food like sauerkraut, kombucha or miso paste.
Well, it is one of my absolute biggest
food joys to figure out

fermented foods into unsuspecting recipes and, thus, our guts.

fermented vegetables again — this time armed with a little more know -
