I've been trying to focus on the
sleep training before I tackle the
more rigid scheduling - I mean, if he won't
sleep longer than 40 minutes or less,

get shot for suggesting this, but I've also noticed that it's easier to train your baby to keep to a schedule and
sleep through the night when you use a bottle because you know
how much they're
getting and you can focus on scheduling it
more like meal - times.
