how to live a healthy lifestyle came from what I learned from my parents growing up, what I learned in school studying
nutrition and other healthy living
therapies such as hypnotherapy and massage, studying the work of Julia Ross, Weston Price, Dr. Mercola, Jose Silva, and Esther Hicks and from the hundreds of books I have read on
nutrition, healthy living, and mind body healing over the last 25 years.

Whereas our Health Enhancement Program was more in line with thinking about good
nutrition, good physical exercise, and some music
therapy — thinking about
how important music can be to relax us,
how intentionally listening to music can be a way of regulating our emotions.
This includes creating a comfortable salon environment that minimizes the stress put on an animal, offering ancillary services such as hydro - massage
therapy and aromatherapy, and even acting as a
nutrition consultant to teach clients
how they can use proper
nutrition to care for their pet's skin and coat from the inside out.
