how olive oil taste over the years!
I love
how the olive oil tastes, but if you're used to eating low / no - oil then I'm sure you will like it without.

oil it's not so strong and rather delicious on a salad.
You can certainly substitute
olive oil but I can not speak for
how much this will change the overall
taste / texture of the dish.

But I've heard & read some things about supposed
olive oil, labelled as EV and all, that make me wonder
how trustworthy it is — even actually canola and perfumed to smell /
taste like
olive oil.
