I've gone into a ton of detail on

sugar (the amount of glucose in your blood stream) works in the Feel Better
Sugar Detox, but in a nutshell, one of the best ways to eliminate cravings is to eat foods that keep your blood
sugar curve steady.
It's amazing to look back at the first few days of the
sugar detox and realize
how different you feel when you get to the end.

After doing a successful
sugar detox this summer, and embarking on that journey again, I realize
how important it is to include the people whom you love spending time with, not only to help ensure your own success, but also to bring people closer.
