how useful the widget was, but also because Apple had featured PCalc in the App Store under the Great Notification Center widgets section.
Of course, for users what matters is
how useful these widgets are in their day - to - day usage of their iOS device, and if it helps them save time.

How about holding a build - a-widget contest, with the most
useful widgets and their creators getting featured on the official campaign site and in outreach emails?
There's also plenty of other
widgets available, like a screen dedicated to showing your Samsung Health info (exercise, steps and sleep), a counter to show you
how many cups of water you've consumed and various others around challenges, a leaderboard — where you can compare your weekly step count with your friends — and particularly
useful for coffee lovers, a caffeine counter.
On the whole, lock screen
widgets on Android 4.2 aren't terrible, and depending on
how you use your phone, they could actually be pretty
useful.
