Won't happen, Gazidis was saying
how well the transfer window went even though he only managed to get 1 of Wengers targets... Talk about low standards.

Transfer Window, With # 26m Barcelona Star & # 20m Liverpool Target
We are now apparently in a far
better financial position, and the purchases of Ozil and Sanchez would certainly point towards this being the truth, we now regularly hear about what cash reserves the club has and there are war chest quotes of 70 million to 120 million in each
transfer window and club execs and the like as
well as the press tell us
how much money we can spend....
Nice article seetsuma... I quite agree with you — arsenal's
transfer window is looking
good thus far... however I know wenger is not done yet... He wants the league title once more & he knows
how to get it... he maintained 4th position with the worst team we've had for a while - now improvement is beginning to crawl its way back yet arsenal fans on here won't just support this man... Pathetic!

Transfer Window With Double Cull In Attack
Dare I say it but maybe out priority this winter
transfer window should be a centre back (which we know we need) see
how Coq copes with the rest of the season and then if we need a replacement buy in the summer when there are
better targets e.g. Schederlin
You could look at the Telegraph's list of the

how difficult it is to buy a decent forward in the Jan
window.
Besides several teams who have questions surrounding one or possibly two players, there is no squad that has so many issues heading into the final week of the
transfer window... even Monaco, who have lost numerous players from their starting 11 have less controversy swirling in and around their club and they have champion's league play to contend with this season... just think of
how ridiculous this situation is especially considering that we have had the same manager for over 20 years... no team should be
better organized than ours... if nothing else, that should be the one advantage this team holds over all others, yet the exact opposite has occurred... this fact is even more disturbing considering the main argument against removing Wenger from his managerial position was that there was no suitable replacement and that people feared some sort of perceived drop - off if a new manager was brought into the mix... based on what we've witnessed since the time of his contract renewal a monkey with a magic eight ball could have done an adequate job... I hate to make jokes, in light of our current dilemma, but this team is so screwed up if I don't laugh about it, the only plausible response is to either cry or do something incredibly destructive... just look around this squad and try to see what our delusional manager sees that allow him to make such positive statements about our current team

The club is being run like a pprivate Feifdom and when these things happen theres no contingency plan Im disgusted by the whole
transfer window so far, Higuian goes as the third most expensive player in the world and theres a bloody
good reason for that, we may not have had much chance of getting him this time but
how the Fack did we miss him last time round?
I like isco, but I like him at Madrid for now... do nt think he has the physicality at the moment to fit into the pl... he'll be the perfect replacement for carzola but for now might be too soon and too much of a luxury to have at arsenal... jack needs to have some time next to le coq and lets see
how that works.i guess jack and Ramsey got ta fight it out for that position, though Ramsey always seems to come a across as inconsistent n not as naturally talented as jack... ramsey will always have the odd off game with his passing and decision making.jacks seasons mostly get interrupted by injuries though I thnk he would do
well alongside le coq... a backup dm would be great though in
transfer window and OT: Get dyabala or watshisname... before Maureen gets his hands on him!!!

how many tyms do we need to shout spend, spend, spend b4 dat happens???? wat is d point of being in d «top 10 financially rich clubs» list every year but don't spend like 1????? sure, we'll buy d odd 30m player but is it enough... dat stingy prof will always look for «value» for money spent but he has dat worked out for d past 12 years walcott - waste tbh chamberlain - waste chambers - so far, waste spending 15m five times is 75m which could have been used to buy 2 top 30m signings....
I really hope that Arsene Wenger's comments the other day about
how hard it was to find
good quality players available in the January
transfer window, at the same time as praising the Arsenal left back Nacho Monreal on his ability to cover at the centre of defence does not mean that us fans are in for more frustration in the
transfer market.
Capitualtion may actually bring a
better transfer window,
how bloody knows with wenger!!
this
window has just finished i am already thinking about who we will get for the january
window we might try for khedira on a really low offer as he is free agent almost would help boost numbers in midfield in the new year as we will no doubt need to filling the numbers about then also i will hold my hands up and say i was wrong this morning for giving wenger stick and saying welbeck is rubbish i have been out in the cold light of day and had a chance to reevaluate the situation and realized that this could be a canny shrew
transfer on wenger behalf actually if wenger can turn the clock back and work his magic on welbeck and get him scoring goals and improve his game then we could have a great underrated signing on our hands its wengers absolute trust in him that might be what makes him a great player as this is something that he never had at old mordor if anybody can make him a world beater wenger can he loves this little pet projects improving players against the odds welbeck has the skillset to be high class player upfornt he just needs to work very hard on his finishing i think once he gets a few goals under his belt he will settle in fine and he is a team player you could put him on the left against man city to shore up that side and he will put in a great shift without a complaint that could be his biggest asset to us or on the right whenever we need him there ithinkwenger might start himon the left against city to protect the left back against navas and i bet you if he does a great job we will take a shine to him quickly i am hopeing he will be one of those wenger gems that he finds and polishes up to a high finish i must admit i was annoyed as some other gunners were at not signing d / m and c / h but if wenger does win the league with this lot it will be his greatest win yet and what might play in to our hands is the unpredictable nature of the league in the last few seasons if we get on a
good run at the right time we might be hard to stop look at city they should have never lost to stoke but the result is there in black and white for all to see and i think chelsea will hit the skids after a while to just because cesc and costa are doing
well now thats there main threat but teams will work out
how to stop them as the season goes on and chelsea will become predictable i think we might just do
well this season after all
No one is questioning Wenger's past achievements, but he has had three seasons and 5
transfer windows to get the necessary players i.e a top sttiker and a dm which are glaring deficiencies in our squad and yet he ignores it and this summer was an example of
how delusional he has become, by making statements like there no players available which could improve our squad, while treble winner barca even with their
transfer ban get couple in, same with Bayern, Madrid and all other big clubs because they know you have constantly improve their squads to compete, and by making that statement he implied that he has one of the
best sqauds in Europe, so can you please tell me whether you are optimistic about our chances against Bayern?

I remember saying here weeks back that if Arsenal were serious we should've known his stance long ago.If that had hapoened we would've known
how to go about things. We have to act fast in this
transfer window before teams increase their prices for their players as the closure date of the
window draws nearer.People will say it's early but of course we've heard that before. We will just regret delaying about what we should with him.Wenger will take the blame again for all of this. There are many wingers who might not be as
good as him yet but some have his talent or are more talented. Those are the players we should be aiming for.

good start, but we've had so many disappointing
transfer windows, that we all know this pattern and

If the team lacks something, they will go all out and spend neccessary big money on filling the voids, Wenger just doesn't do that and never will, every season after a
transfer window we say, «Oh if only we brought this player in that position or that player in this position, oh
well maybe Wenger will do it next summer» but Wenger just always leaves a weakness that just never gets filled, he could have got Khedira, made a bid for Vidal or Carvalho, but no... Instead he puts his faith in a 32 - 33 year old slow Spaniard who only knows
how to pass and nothing else and a 30 year old Frenchman named Flamini who only knows
how to foul.

How good has the
transfer window been for us?
Its been obvious to most that this squad of players has not been right since the end of that 1st great season under Bilic orchestrated on the pitch by Payet. This was followed by a disastrous Summer
window when we bought bulk instead of quality, top that off with the Payet wanting to leave fiasco and we have never been the same since.Odd
good displays which flattered to deceive but in general a gradual and consistent decline to the bottom.Moyes has inherited this group and i can honestly not see
how it will change until January in the
transfer market. He will not get a bumper warchest to improve thats for sure and who would want to buy some of these under achievers to create money for new buys. Its a mess and has been since that awful Summer
transfer window plus on top of which far too many of this lot have under achieved drastically be it new players we have bought or the OLD boys. Its an ageing side especially at the back and needs a serious overhaul.

It will be interesting to see
how things pan out for Sterling once players like Sturridge and Gerrard return as
well as any signings likely to be made in the January
transfer window but for now as long as he is in the team, Sterling looks settled and assured and can only improve with age so a run of games is always likely to result in consistent performances which is what he, Liverpool and the current England manager, Roy Hodgson, who was watching in the stands at White Hart Lane, will be hoping for.
Despite the elation of bidding fare
