It would be great to only have to eat 3 times daily,
however huge amounts of food are required to build mass, even eating one thousand calories per meal 3 times a day isn't anywhere near enough.
The Chinese have a good knowledge
of food and that's why they're so healthy,
however modern Chinese health is now being affected by the western diet
of meat every day and
huge amounts of animal
food this is not natural and it is causing so much obesity worldwide and other health problems such as diabetes and bowel cancer, etc..
