I have a 7 week old little girl & we are on a 3
hr eating schedule.

And lastly, he's starting to
eat more, so I am thinking about moving him to 3.5 - 4
hr schedule (and starting to include some rice cereal), but wondered if our mornings seem like they're on the right track or if he should be sleeping longer (instead of waking at 6 am?)
For the past 5 days he has been all over the board though...
eating on more of a 2 - 2.5
hr schedule, waking 45 mintues into a nap, etc..
Whenever he takes long naps, though, he
eats really well... and lately sometimes he just refuses to
eat at 2.5
hrs... so I know he could stand a 3
hr schedule.
I have had him on a 2.5
hr schedule since he started napping poorly and he almost always
eats a full meal.
I typically don't get hungry until about a hour before my normal
eating schedule, granted there are some times I do get hungry (especially heavy workout weeks), but that is also how I picked up another healthy habit of drinking 100oz of water / liquid per day and up to ~ 150oz on heavy workout days (I can shed 6 - 8 lbs of water weight in 2
hrs of Jujitsu grappling).
