Hi KariAnne, Our 1892 fixer upper house didn't really have a laundry room when we bought it, but my hubby said he could make his 8x8 «office» space with all his work clothes, the washer and dryer, a file cabinet and the dog supplies... work... Bad idea!
A BIG thanks goes to my hubby for being my advisor on some of the projects (I didn't want to burn the house down with a bad wiring job and I didn't want a leaky sink) but all the projects in this renovation were done all by myself.
