down or so, aren't you losing a
huge amount of
cash flow to PMI?
Apartment buildings produce
huge amounts of monthly revenue but if you buy them with next to nothing
down the
cash flow is going to be very low.
They've put themselves in such a position where the core business is so attractive and
huge that just avoiding a contraction in revenue should allow them to continue to produce a ton of
cash flow which can
flow down to shareholders.
I have a friend who bought a 4 unit building with 3 %
down, rehabbed it and within 1.5 years had a
huge bounce in rents and is now pulling in 7k
cash flow per month.
