I love the idea of thanksgiving but I think I will do it in Winter so we can have a beautiful
huge warm dinner and stuff ourselves silly with roast veggies, cauliflower cheese, yorkshire puddings (I will have them with every roast!)
I start my day with a bowl of
warm oat porridge with chia seeds, grated apple, cinnamon and a splash of home - made almond milk, I eat a
huge raw salad for lunch and a
warm soup or a stew for
dinner.
