hummus dip made by the recipe in the book, I always have cut up organic veggies, or a stir fry of veggies, always have some fresh organic beeries along to eat on the way home after work at 11:30 am.
This year, while the family is busy playing board games or splashing in the pool, I threw together a few healthy snacks for the family to enjoy including this tasty
hummus dip made with kale.

I started out trying to

hummus hasn't been appetizing at all lately.

While I've been a huge fan of their
hummus for years, I hadn't realized that they also
make veggie
dips, salsa, guacamole and other tasty spreads and salads like bruschetta topping (my fiance's absolute favorite).
And my face contorted a bit at the thought of this savory paste of ground sesame seeds which I use to
make a lovely salad dressing and roasted zucchini
dip, a cousin to
hummus without the garbanzo beans.
I love using this recipe as the base of
hummus tortilla pizzas and sandwiches, but it also
makes an excellent appetizer
