in the middle east I love to eat Sabich —
pita filled with cooked eggplant, potato, eggs, sallad and of course
hummus and tahini!
I'll never pass on a bowl of delicious garlickly
hummus, dunking
in carrots, bell pepper, or slices of warm
pita.

You can serve the skewers by themselves as a snack or party app, pair them with rice or a spinach salad for dinner, or wrap the Mediterranean chicken up

hummus, spinach and tomatoes for a delicious lunch!
Okay, MAYBE most of my meals have consisted of
hummus and
pita chips
in the past few months, and I've allowed other types of dips
in between.
Serve alongside
pita chips or raw veggies at your next gathering, or

hummus and veggies for a light and healthy meal.
I would eat

pita as a snack nearly every day
in college, I would go through several containers of
hummus every week, and I would even make

In the picnic basket would be watermelon, some snack sausage, cheese, crackers, pickles,

pita chips, and fresh baked cookies.
