I made a burger piled high with (soy) bacon, Gary Null's veggie burger, hummus, and sprouts on a whole wheat English Muffin.

On the side of these delicious burgers you always need a dip, and my favourites are between an avocado cream (nature's mayonnaise) and a roasted red pepper hummus.

Serve each burger on hamburger buns with a dollop of wasabi mayo, edamame hummus, sliced cucumbers, red onions and arugula.

A pinch of chile flakes on the hummus would be a great addition to the bunless, meatless burgers.
