There were aspects that I really did enjoy, but overall I found quite a bit of the gameplay to be rather slow — and in a game where I'm
hunting monsters, I felt
like I should have been moving faster, even when my character was running.

monsters may not exist in real life, but we try to make them look and behave
like living creatures, which allows players to understand them and use that knowledge to

monsters and bosses you harvest the bodyparts for new weapons and armors to challenge bigger bosses so you can harvest even better bodyparts for gear if you get into it you'll keep playing
Like in many modern crafting games you begin with nothing but a flimsy weapon and the chainmail on your back, but as you take on

hunting quests you harvest materials from your prey and the environments they live in, use them to build stronger gear, and then use them to take on stronger
monsters to get even more gear.
Monster Hunter World feels
like an open - world game to some extent, with fantastically large maps of a scale that we haven't seen before (both vertically and horizontally), no discernable game - pausing loading screens between zones in

like it was a bot exploring... To answer your question, I love collecting & get side tracked easily so I collect, I
hunt, I gather, I explore every inch of the game so far... I'm maxed out on arrows, have a ton of food, bugs, star fragments &
monster parts, tens of thousands of rupies, not to speak about precious stones & ancient parts, maxed out the weapons / bow / shield slots... I'm enjoying this world so much that I don't want to ever end!!!

I never feel bored to play this game, it's more interesting to
hunt down
monsters mostly with friends, and finally I'm glad players can't hack PS4, cuz I just don't
like people who use cheats on games because they either they lack of skills or patience.
These range from the familiar to the surprising, sometimes even within the same weapon: The Charge Blade changes forms,
like a «trick weapon» from Bloodborne... but it also requires you to manage a special resource called phials with a series of complex maneuvers; the Glaive let's you double jump and air dash... and to get the most out of it, you need to regularly shoot a special beetle at various parts of the
monster you're
hunting.
However, none of the challenge you're presented by
hunting some of the game's tougher
monsters feels unfair
like in past entries.

My demo ended before I got a chance to follow that particular thread, but if it's anything
like the
monster hunting in FFXIII - 2, it could certainly be interesting.
