of your milk when you need to sleep, hold off on introducing baby food until much closer to 1 year old than 6 ohtnms, and
be prepared for it to
be hard and possibly painful at first (think cracked, bleeding nipples and breasts that
are so full
of milk you think they will explode so also have lanolin and / or nipple cream in the
house, and nurse or pump well before you let yourself become engorged and in pain).
