regular hypnobirthing, (for my first birth) and the result was a much longer birth than I likely would have had if I had been able to remain upright and mobile, as I did with my Hypnobabies birth.
Her trainings include but are not limited to; craniosacral therapy, somatoemotional release, massage, doula training,
HypnoBirthing educator, and Dancing for Birth Instructor.
What I found to be helpful was reading about and listening to
hypnobirthing recordings or browsing YouTube to find progressive relaxation or guided imagery videos to help lull me into a calm state.
Hypnobirthing seeks to calm those fears with its techniques and to ease mothers into a stress free birth.
Like a lot of first - time - moms - to - be, I was pretty nervous about what birth would be like and
hypnobirthing absolutely helped me prepare for this.
