It's official: BMW has revealed a hotter version of
its i3 electric city car, after we scooped it back in July 2017.
Featuring modular eDrive plug - in technology derived from the company's
i3 electric city car and i8 supercar, BMW's 330e offers a combined 252 horsepower and 310 pound - feet of torque from its 2 - liter four - cylinder engine and electric motor.
We expect the production version of the BMW i8 to make its debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September along with
the i3 electric city car.
