Recently, I discovered the technique of freezing my smoothies
in ice cube trays in the freezer.
Step 1: Once you have a nice liquid baby food puree you will then transfer the puree
into ice cube trays for freezing / storage.
Even better freeze it in
ice cube trays for so you can grab these for small single serving portions or to flavour soups and baked goods etc..
Today, there are hundreds of different styles
of ice cube trays on the market that will transform water into ice of different sizes and shapes.
Some people will put broth in
ice cube trays so that they can grab a cube or two and add it to cooking.
Like ice cube trays but for your breast milk, this a great space saving option for moms who want to have portion control for baby to minimize waste.
Another advantage is that you probably have
ice cube trays on hand and will not need to go out and buy them.

Regular ice cube trays aren't designed for the storage of breast milk, so they shouldn't be used for this purpose.
If you are of a certain age, you may remember the old
steel ice cube trays that showed up on the American scene in the 1950s.
But one thing I'm not the worst about is that, more often than not, in my freezer between my
empty ice cube trays and frozen pizza dough there are cookies.
You cut up your fresh herbs and / or combine herbs together and put them in
ice cube trays topped with olive oil or melted butter.
I love my silicone
ice cube tray not only for making perfectly square cubes of ice for cocktails, which always look nicer than the cubes out of the freezer.
Spray ice cube tray lightly with a nonstick cooking spray and fill each compartment about halfway with melted chocolate coconut oil mixture.
If using
deep ice cube trays, fill each cube only 1/3 full with liquid, as smaller cubes will be easier to consume during labor.
I found these

While a little more costly than other options on the market, these
premium ice cube trays provide even more storage space for your baby's frozen foods.
Even with the initial costs of
new ice cube trays, making your own homemade baby food is often a healthier and more affordable option.
