The phone's massive
screen allows you to place many rows of
icons and widgets
on your
home screen, and the lock
screen offers a unique «put the puzzle piece
into the puzzle» unlocking mechanism.
The tablet has no buttons, it relies entirely
on home screen navigation

If you know you're going to be in a poor signal area, you can either keep your iPhone
on charge, or flick it
into Airplane mode (swipe up from the
Home screen open Control Center and tap the Airplane mode
icon to activate)
If you touch and hold
on the top of any of these apps, it will run windowed
on your
home screen, where you can drag it around or minimize it
into a floating
icon.
