ICP triennial, a showcase for international art, and in 2004 it mounted «Between Past and Future: New Photography and
Video from China,» an exhibition co-curated by Phillips and Wu Hung.
With Wu Hung, he co-curated Between Past and Future: New Photography and
Video from China, which was originally exhibited at the
ICP and the Asia Society in New York.
