While Nourishing Traditions has a lot of great recipes for fermented foods, as a beginner, I was overwhelmed with the mere
idea of fermented foods and the complexity of some of the recipes.

You know about good gut health and the benefits
of fermented foods, but the
idea of making your own homemade sauerkraut seems just too deeply buried in the «too hard» basket.
During the afternoon snacking on some

foods — like
fermented quinoa.
