The fact is, most law students have no
idea how to even start the
process of obtaining a
legal job they will actually enjoy and the majority
of law firm associates quickly discover that generating high billables and collections isn't what is going to put them on a solid path to partnership.
They allow nonlawyers to assist litigants, particularly in domestic relations cases, to demystify
legal information and to
process and obtain some
idea of how to proceed.
The
idea was born two years ago after Houlette had tried to get some
legal work done and found the whole
process lacked clarity in terms
of fees, timelines, and more.

legal documents, you'll soon realize that they're simply a piece
of record that is put in place to protect you and your business.

idea to pitch to my partners is to set up the company in a country where laws are more explicit and the
legal system is robust which holds all
of our assets,
processes payments, and where all the ownership lies, then use a local pass - through entity in the country we are targeting that has all
of the liabilities
