use them in grain salads, pasta salads, they might be good in an omelet or maybe on a sliced
of whole - grain
toast with cheese broiled on top (a modified pizza, heh).

I got the

toast after seeing something similar on an episode
of Giada in Italy.
Another
idea if you don't want to add onions but want a little crunch is top it with some
toasted walnuts or pecans or I even
use a trail mix that has a combination
of sunflower seeds, pepitas, dried cranberries and nuts.

I love the
idea of using sweet potato slices for «
toast».
I think everyone has the general
idea of using great
toasted crusty bread and most everyone rubs a clove
of garlic into the bread, but my suggestion is to take the cut ends from your sliced tomato and rub those into the bread as well.
The
idea of a savory breakfast might sound strange if you're
used to cereal or
toast, but your body will quickly thank you for it.
I love french
toast, but I have never done anything different to it, plus I love the
