Your child should go to bed
at the
same time every night — weekends included —
ideally between 7:30 and 8:30 p.m. (Many parents, especially those who work outside the home, balk
at an early bedtime — but unless your child can and does snooze until 8 a.m. every day, a 9 p.m. bedtime will deprive him of much - needed
sleep.)
