Through the use
of Emotionally Focused Therapy couples will learn to
identify and understand their negative
cycle during
conflict, learn and implement
conflict resolution skills, learn to
identify their own and partner's emotions, build trust and regain intimacy.
In this small, private weekend workshop (7 couples max), you will experience how to
identify and change the negative
cycles that get in the way
of intimacy and romance, make sense
of your own and your partner's emotions, discover better ways
of handling stress and
conflict, and restore trust and safety in your relationship.
