Earlier this week, parks officials, historians, conservationists and planners from around the country held a brainstorming
session to try to
identify needs and set goals for what would be one of the largest and most diverse parks in Will County.

identifying their emotions, wishes, desires, frustrations, etc. and how willing and able he / she is to express them to the partner.
