If you're looking for antioxidants, add some
frozen berries and
cherries for even more of that amazing nice cream texture.
If cherries are out of season or unavailable, pick up some
frozen cherries in the
frozen food section.
FOR THE SMOOTHIE BOWL: Place the

cherries and pineapple in a high speed blender along with with coconut water and blend until very thick and smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides

If you really want to try this recipe but don't have any

The jam can be a bit tricky, as 2 cups of
frozen cherries can shrink to 1 - 1 1/2 cups when thawed, so follow these guidelines:
if it turns out too thin, thicken it up with an extra teaspoon (or two) of chia seeds; too thick, thin it out with a bit of the reserved
cherry juice — unless you pitched the juice, then use water.
While nothing beats fresh
cherries, feel free to use
frozen if they're not available.
