and exist in exact formulations: O, H, C etc. water is always 2 atoms of Hydrogen
and one atom of Oxygen;
sugar, fats,
grains,
and any bio-chemical products can be broken down to their simplest forms of elements, but can be re-constructed with specific (not by chance) formula.
While her
sugars are easier to control when her carbohydrates are fruits
and whole
grains than
if they were refined products, the reality is that carbs are carbs
and even beans are fairly high.
My mother (who hates keto / low carb food most of the time) ate 3 pieces before she noticed I was eating it (I'm celiac
and keto, so
if I» m eating it, it's not «normal») When I told her there was no
sugar,
grain or many carbs she spent 30 minutes trying to explain how it couldn't possibly be.
Second batch I made plain (without fruit
and with less
sugar), truer to what I'm told is traditional,
and this one with such an assortment of healthy
grains I actually wondered
if it would be any good.
I'm not here to judge anyone that does grab a treat from that grocery aisle or grabs brownies / cupcakes from the nearest bakery BUT
if you could have the same fulfillment with a
grain & gluten free treat, made without processed
sugar and extra ingredients that absolutely don't have to be there, then why not make ones that are a bit «healthier»,
if you will?

and aforementioned «dyes») or you can experiment with melted coconut oil which after solidifying will harden like icing

grains and sugars, so I would definitely make some smoothies
if I had a decent blender.

If you love to make sweets but want to bake cleaner, with whole -
grains, no
sugar,
and also avoiding allergens like gluten
and corn this book will open a whole new world of baking for you.
Many chronic diseases have inflammation at their root,
and even
if you're currently healthy, you may benefit from an anti-inflammatory beverage like golden milk, particularly
if you eat an inflammatory diet (one that is high in processed foods,
sugars,
and / or
grains).
There is no evidence that they will develop low blood
sugars if they don't feed every three hours (the whole issue of low blood
sugars has become a mass hysteria in newborn nurseries which, like all hysterias, results from a

Most people struggling with fatigue are in
sugar - burning mode: going from one
sugar or
grain - based meal to the next, becoming «hangry» (hungry
and angry's grumpy spawn)
if they don't get their fix.
Typical pick - me - up foods of
grains and sugar are like kindling, a quick burst of intense flame that dies out leaving behind nothing but smoke (

and weight are almost guaranteed to suffer.
Not only does this type of breakfast provide basically no fat or protein, it is also high in

and then drop the blood
sugar in these children who are already on a blood
sugar see saw — the inevitable fast track to diabetes
and other chronic illnesses.
