Hi Karen, I actually haven't made this recipe without almond flour, so I'm not sure what you'll be able to substitute other than another nut flour (like cashew or hazelnut — both can be found at Trader Joes if you have one near you).

Well, you can switch oat flour to any other flour (use gluten free, if needed), and use whatever nuts you have or replace them with seeds, if you can't or don't want to use nuts.

First off, I don't know of too many other nut «flours» that are as finely ground as true blanched almond flour, so if texture and consistency of the end result is dependent on the grind, then you may have some difficulty.
