If you can't find soba
noodles, thin
spaghetti will work too, but you will lose a little of the nuttiness.
If you are a carb - avoider or paleo type, you can substitute zucchini
noodles or
spaghetti squash for the chubby pasta.
But you won't have this problem
if you cook your gluten - free
noodles a little less than I did, use thicker
noodles (I had thin
spaghetti on hand), or use regular pasta.

Quick tip -
if you cut the
spaghetti squash in half horizontally rather than vertically, the «
noodles» are much longer.

noodles instead of
spaghetti squash,

if you are trying to lose weight (more specifically, lose body fat), pastas,
spaghetti, and other
noodles are one of the WORST things you can include in your meals... they are extremely calorie - dense compared to the small amount of micronutrients you get from them...
