It will last about a year in moderate room temperatures and longer
if you store it in an air tight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
When I do, I either leave them out on a plate on the counter, or place them in some sort of container that is not sealed (they will become mushy
if stored in an air tight container), and put them in my pantry.
