Hi Charity, if the recipe doesn't specify then I just use raw whole almonds with the skin on.
First reason could be if you only used spelt flour (instead of buckwheat) and left out coconut and almond flour.
Place two thirds of your buckwheat in a blender with the almond milk, chia seeds, banana, blueberries, almond butter and honey / maple syrup (if you're using it).
It should take about 20 minutes to cook completely, at which point stir in the almond butter and baobab if you're using them and then top with anything you like!
HI Carly, sadly I haven't tried the brownies using almond pulp before but I imagine that the dried pulp will be too dry for the brownies as a lot of the moisture and oil has been taken out so I would recommend grinding your own almonds if possible.
