Sometimes we have comments on here with the sentiment that
people are just being willfully
ignorant if they're eating unhealthily, but with all the misinformation in the
lay media pointing to chicken, fish, dairy, eggs as being healthy «lean» proteins, coupled with a universal love for «healthy» fats like olive oil, and now coconut oil, I really sympathize with
people who might really think they're eating well but remain unhealthy and overweight.
