We brought twenty beautiful pups, each rescued from
imminent destruction to HFGDR where
after being met by these volunteers, were taken back, bathed, and processed.
Perhaps our fascination with what might remain
after the big
destruction, relates to our similarly morbid preoccupation within contemporary art, and specifically sculpture, which has become partially about making objects that can be left behind for the next generations to discover; constantly aware of
imminent mortality.
