I see jack as a bench
impact sub when everyone else is on point.
Podolski will only be used as
an impact sub when we need to score I suspect or when we have injuries.
Ox should be used as
an impact sub when we're losing.

But Giroud can be a good
sub when the opposition is already tiring to make and
impact.
In my opinion I've always seen Giroud play better
when he's used as an
impact sub, and maybe that's exactly what he needs to get going.
