implement diet breaks will make fat loss — and weight maintenance thereafter — much, much easier.
If I've done that and they're still having a really tough time following the diet, I typically
implement a diet break.
Give yourself a pause from dieting every 8 — 12 weeks by
implementing a diet break, a purposeful increase of caloric intake to approximately maintenance levels.
There are two good ways to
implement the diet break — a relaxed one and a stricter one.
