She is currently the Project Director of the Multi-Site
Implementation Evaluation of Tribal Home Visiting (MUSE) where she oversees the development of a community - engaged approach to designing and conducting a multi-site evaluation with 16 diverse tribal grantee communities.
Currently at James Bell Associates, Dr. Sparr assists with three home visiting projects under different capacities: Home Visiting Quality Measurement Specialist for the
Multi-Site Implementation Evaluation of Tribal Home Visiting (MUSE) Project; TA Coordinator for Design Options for Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Evaluations (DOHVE); and Task Lead on the National Home Visiting Resource Center (NHVRC).
