The plan makes no effort to answer fundamentally
important questions: How would the new system determine payment rates for
health care providers?
The decision left an
important question unanswered: How will bills for
care outside of the
health plan be covered?
After you answer any
questions your hire might have, make sure you get their signature on their handbook (after they've read it of course) and their NDA.This is a smart time to distribute any other
important information you might have for them, like tax forms or
health care packets.
The answers to these
questions would reveal much more information about a system that often delays
important health care.
It's
important to know who's providing your medical treatment and their safety record, but many Massachusetts
health care consumers fail to ask the
question.
