All of my clients know how I feel about breakfast: it absolutely IS the most
important meal of the day when it comes to maintaining balanced blood sugars.
In my opinion structured meal times driven by the industrial revolution and especially the emphasis on breakfast as the
more important meal of the day has disrupted normal metabolism.
