For me personally this is more
important than whey protein, I can eat meat all day and not really get bored of it but eating carbs such as sweet potatoes and long grain rice 4/5 times a day has always been a task never mind cooking and storing it all first!

important fraction of nutrients — rather
than a modern, processed food.
