(5) A certificate of withdrawal of a requirement
imposed under subsection (1) or (3) may be registered in the proper land registry office on the title of the real property to which the requirement relates, if the certificate is in a form approved by the Minister, is signed or authorized by a person who has authority to make orders imposing requirements under subsection (1) and is accompanied by a registrable description of the property.

38.1 (1) If a person is in default of payment of a fine
imposed upon conviction for an offence
under this Act or the regulations, on the application of a prescribed person, an order may be made
under subsection 69 (2) of the Provincial Offences Act directing that one or more of the licences of the person who is in default be suspended and no licence be issued to that person until the fine is paid.
(5) An order
under subsection (1) may
impose such terms and give such directions as are considered just, including dispensing with service of a notice of readiness or listing for trial and abridging the time for placing an action on the trial list.
(2) An order
under subsection (1) or (1.1) is in addition to any penalty that may be
imposed and may be made whether or not a proceeding is commenced
under the Provincial Offences Act for a contravention of section 2 or of a by - law or regulation
under this Act.
Upon receipt of a petition filed
under subsection 4 of this rule, demonstrating that an attorney has been convicted of a serious crime, the supreme court shall, in addition to suspending the attorney in accordance with the provisions of
subsection 7 of this rule, refer the matter to the appropriate disciplinary board for the institution of a hearing before a hearing panel in which the sole issue to be determined shall be the extent of the discipline to be
imposed.
(2) Every one commits an offence who, being
under a legal duty within the meaning of
subsection (1), fails without lawful excuse, the proof of which lies on him, to perform that duty, if (a) with respect to a duty
imposed by paragraph (1)... (b), (i) the person to whom the duty is owed is in destitute or necessitous circumstances, or (ii) the failure to perform the duty endangers the life of the person to whom the duty is owed, or causes or is likely to cause the health of that person to be endangered permanently...
(2) In declaring a jurisdiction to be a reciprocating jurisdiction
under subsection (1), the Lieutenant Governor in Council may
impose any conditions with respect to the enforcement and recognition of support orders made or registered in that jurisdiction.
A sentence
imposed on a person for an offence
under subsection (1) committed against a law enforcement animal shall be served consecutively to any other punishment
imposed on the person for an offence arising out of the same event or series of events.
If a person makes an election to attend a basic driver improvement course
under this
subsection, 18 percent of the civil penalty
imposed under s. 318.18 (3) shall be deposited in the State Courts Revenue Trust Fund; however, that portion is not revenue for purposes of s. 28.36 and may not be used in establishing the budget of the clerk of the court
under that section or s. 28.35.
(2) In giving directions
under subsection (1), the minister may
impose conditions, but must not require an expenditure for the projects and activities of more than 50 % of the foundation's annual net revenue as this revenue is determined in accordance with the regulations.
(2) The powers
under subsection (1)(a) or (b) to
impose or vary a condition or restriction are exercisable only
57 (1) If the real estate council is satisfied that a licensee has contravened a rule that has been designated
under section 56 (1)(a)[designated contraventions], the real estate council may issue a notice
