One of the first companies that actually offered a complete
wide body kit for the original Lamborghini Gallardo was German based IMSA, their Gallardo GTV evolution showed
wide front
fenders, deep side sills and
wide rear wheel arch extensions covering bespoke wheels made for IMSA complete with central locking system and upgraded brake systems... add the front spoiler and an
impressive, angular rear wing and you would end up with a V10 Gallardo that looked good and offered improved braking power at the same time... initially without engine tuning however.
The Mansory Carbonado shows an evolution of the already complete aerodynamic kit they unveiled back in 2011 with a totally redesigned front bumper, a completely new rear section with fins that lead into the rear wing, 40 mm
wider fenders up front and 50 mm
wider fenders at the rear... and probably most
impressive: a Y - shape on the doors themselves.
Despite a unique hood and
wider fenders, it is the 5.5 - liter V8 underhood that is the most
impressive difference between the stock Mercedes CLS and this hot - rodded version.
Naturally the most
impressive part of the LB Performance kit are the
wide fenders with the LB Performance trademark rivets to give that raw, race inspired look from the past, combined with a clear carbon fiber side sill and a high rising rear wing in the same material the atmosphere for the Huracán
wide body is set perfectly.
