morning boosts your energy, enhances your mood,
improves concentration, keeps
blood sugar stable, helps prevent
sugar cravings, reduces risk of type 2 diabetes, and support a healthy body weight (BMI).
It certainly is an acquired taste but my
blood sugar remains stable throughout the
morning (which has
improved my digestion, mood and sleep) and now I actually crave them.
