This can be used in the classroom but I originally used it in a bigger room so we could actually travel around and visit the different parts of the tour together.

When travelling with big groups of people for a special occasion such as a wedding or a family get together it is sometimes a nice idea to take a look at the option of renting a holiday house or private villa which offer plenty of room you can run to your own time schedules and have more freedom in your private accommodation.

There are a zillion reasons why this works for us but a few are: 1 - it allows us to actually be together - there is no hiding out in a room alone (so we do institute a «quiet hour» during the day so we all can find some solitude) 2 - it's absolutely counter culture to have bigger and better but we enjoy that we make the most out of what we have and use our savings to have «experiences» rather than things 3 - it allows us to make updates and changes to the house bc we aren't spending a lot on heating, cooling, furnishing etc. 4 - it staves materialism and consumerism to a degree 5 - it's easier to work room by room like you are doing bc it isn't overwhelming time wise or financially.

This is the room where the big tree gets put up and we open presents on Christmas morning and curl up and watch Elf and the Grinch together, so it's safe to say that I probably enjoy decorating this space the most each year since we spend the most time in here.

We consciously chose a very soft and neutral colour palette for our bedroom, and tried to make the living room fairly grown up and put together (the cushions matching the furniture and the art, whilst the walls and curtains match the ottoman etc), whereas in the study I've not followed the rules, and put down a bright pink rug that I loved and hung up a big papier mache giraffe head that I also love.

I really enjoyed putting this post together as it was such a reminder of how even the smallest of spaces, rooms, homes, etc... can be big in the «style» department.

Like those curtains, they're not what I'd expect in a baby's room & yet they play such a big role in tying it all together.

This room is what sold us on the house, we've done a lot in here since we moved in just over a year ago, but from the first time we walked into this room we knew it would be perfect for our big family get - togethers!
