Previously I would treat my hair with a
carrier oil in place of a treatment conditioner (which is so messy to do)
before I shampooed my hair but it is not necessary to use anything else with this gentle product.
As a general rule, it is best to dilute essential oils
in a
carrier oil such as olive, almond, jojoba or other food grade
carrier oils
before using, based on recommendations from an expert source.
Dilute a few drops
in a teaspoon or so
carrier oil before adding them to the bath.
